The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to Venice through frequent bus services. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and information about the bus services. They even gave us a tour of our room, explaining the facilities and how to use them. having a supermarket just downstairs made it convenient to buy groceries for breakfast and lunch.

The room was a bit disappointing. It looked outdated and not as advertised in the pictures.

All in all it was a fine stay. I loved the place, it was cosy. The reception staff was kind. I was delighted about early check-in...

polite personnel, comfy location, affordable and fairly clean accommodation. at a medium distance from expansive 19th-century fortress, walkable. a market and shopping centres adjacent to the apartment. tidy rooms, and beds were comfortable. a bidet, a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet available.

Friendly staff, quiet and affordable hotel, close to bus to Venice, convenient location, well-equipped apartments.

Make sure you go and visit Naturalmente Cibo, placed so close to the apartment. A short stroll from a bus stop. Location 5 minutes' away from Coin.

Osteria da Gino that was placed next to the apartment was worth exploring. Coin is 5 minutes' drive from away. Free Wi-Fi is offered in all rooms...

Close to Venice by bus. Good location in Mestres. close to market, stores, night life and bus stop right in front of building. Lorenzo was very friendly and give us good and useful information.

lack of decor and the need of few things for the convenience of the customer. like microwave, kettle, new utensils and more pillows.

Nice connection to Venice (one bus ride 20 min, the stop is just around the corner).

The staff is not always present and you have to wait for them to come to the hotel.

Good location, only 3mins walk to the bus stop connected to Venice. Apartment is very spacious and clean. Equipped a kitchen that you can do a serious cook. And it's right in the city center.

Knowing it's not a hotel with the normal reception schedule, we had communicated with the manager about our arrival schedule in advance. And no one was there when we arrived, we were waiting there for around 20 mins. And the same story for our departure. No one was there to take care of check out while our passports were kept by them. Do make sure you left enough time for this issue.

Central position in Mestre, very close to bus stop to Venice, supermarket and Piaza Feretti.

The room was very noisy, facing a busy street. The room was never cleaned or garbage removed during our 3 days stay. There is nobody at the reception desk, except when they expect guests to check in.

They have washer. It helped me. That's all.

They never showed up, when I arrived there. I was waiting over 40 min. After that I never see them in a office when I even checked there out. I just left keys in a window.... Then room is so hot... during daytime..too much sun... I like the bright room, but too much... Location also awful and too much price.
